1. The Living Jesus – Your Home
Every journey begins with The Living Jesus. It is the original heart of Jesus New OS, the universal return point, and the navigation center for the Temple experience.
Home navigation
The center spinning world opens Jesus Online (JOL). The lower Living Chats provide Scripture-grounded conversational experiences. The top-left Temple control leads to Temple Suite or Orbs depending on the gesture. The top-right opens Meditation Center. The top-center Ring enters the Temple/Church reward environment.
How to use it
- Use X during normal navigation to return to The Living Jesus home screen.
- Double-click or double-tap the Temple from outside the interior to re-enter it.
- Use the Temple control lightly for Temple Suite; use the firmer/alternate hold gesture for Orbs where supported.
Living Word
Living Word is the animated Bible mascot of Jesus New OS. Living Word appears throughout the OS and in games, helping the Temple feel personal, lively and recognizable.
Temple personalization
Temple Personalization asks for the user's name and Temple name. Those simple choices can personalize the Temple, Journal, Mansion and other named spaces throughout the OS.
How to use it
- Open Temple Personalization from the Temple Suite.
- Enter your name.
- Choose your Temple name.
- Save and allow the OS to apply the identity throughout supported areas.
Dynamic Temple wallpaper
The Temple wallpaper can change according to local weather and time of day, giving the environment a living connection to the user's real-world surroundings.
2. Jesus Online (JOL) – Communication Without Leaving the Temple
Jesus Online is the social and communications infrastructure of Jesus New OS. It combines public discovery, communities, private friendship, prayer, expressive messaging, file sharing, profiles and time-organized communication.
Persistent Recent Chat
The most recent conversation can be opened as a floater that follows the user across the OS. This allows communication to continue while the user studies, works, explores or moves through other areas.
How to use it
- Open the recent-chat control.
- Continue the conversation from the floating chat.
- Move elsewhere in Jesus New OS while the floater remains available.
- Close the floater cleanly when finished.
Fellowship Active
Fellowship Active is the friendly JOL indicator that internet connectivity is available for online fellowship and community communication.
Jesus New World
Jesus New World turns online presence into a spatial global experience. The interactive globe can display individuals, community activity and hotspots. Users can rotate or stop the globe, change spin speed, zoom and navigate geographically.
How to use it
- Open Jesus New World from JOL.
- Explore the spinning globe or stop the rotation.
- Adjust spin speed if desired.
- Zoom toward a region or use the geographic search tools.
- Select a user or hotspot to explore communication options.
Double-screen communication
Jesus New World includes a main glass for the wider community stream and a secondary mini-screen for recent private chat. The two surfaces allow public discovery and personal conversation to remain fluid at the same time.
Cuddy List
Cuddy List is the intentional friendship layer. People discovered through Jesus New World, Sky Talk, Trending Rooms and other communities can be added as Cuddies when the relationship becomes one the user wants to keep.
Recent Chats
Recent Chats automatically keeps lightweight conversation history. Continue talking, view a profile, or delete a conversation that was only temporary.
JOL Chat
JOL Chat is the primary person-to-person messaging surface. It combines ordinary messaging with AirDrop-style giving, Prayer Share, profiles and Cuddy access.
Prayer Share
Prayer Share gives the user access to a large and growing prayer library. A prayer can be sent directly into a conversation as a warm way to encourage another person and share Christian material.
Echo
Echo is the expressive communication layer. Record Haptic converts touch intensity and interaction patterns into a vibration experience for the recipient. Custom animated emojis add another emotional language, while Orbs provides cloud-file sharing from the same relationship context.
Sky Talk
Sky Talk is short-form public communication represented by flying birds carrying messages. Selecting a bird can open the author's profile and User Chat, allowing a public post to become a private relationship.
Trending Rooms
Trending Rooms turn repeated hashtag activity into group spaces. A topic that reaches the configured activity threshold can become a room where the community continues the conversation. Churches, schools and organizations can also use this mechanism to gather people around a topic or event.
DAYTES
DAYTES is communication organized around time. Users can send messages attached to particular days, place Sticky Notes on a calendar, and create Link appointments for meetings, dinners, church activity, pickups, professional work and more.
Profiles
Profiles can show a user-selected photo, personal details, community activity, Rings, OS progression, discipleship-program progress, notes, personality information and visibility choices. Profiles are designed to help relationships deepen without forcing users to disclose more than they choose.
3. Meditation Center – Scripture, Prayer and Reflection
The Meditation Center is the inward-facing counterpart to JOL. It is designed for Scripture-guided stillness, prayer, reflection and disciplined practice.
Meditation modes
Regular, Fire and Golden modes provide distinct Scripture sets, colors and visual atmospheres.
How to use it
- Open Meditation Center from the top-right of The Living Jesus.
- Choose Regular, Fire or Golden.
- Use Shuffle to move to another Scripture passage.
- Open Settings to personalize the session.
Session settings
Settings can control background music, voice guidance, voice choice, breathing timing, prayer timing and optional Fire Breath features.
Meditation cycle
A configurable session can follow the sequence: breathe, hold, release or breathe again, pray, and repeat.
Meditation Notebook
The built-in notebook keeps insights, reflections, prayers and experiences close to the meditation itself, so the user does not need to exit the environment to capture a thought.
4. Temple Suite – Your Personal Command Center
Temple Suite is where the personal operating environment comes together: Codex, progress, credits, communication, productivity, learning, creativity, fitness, ministry, missions, settings and personalization.
Temple state
Ring Count displays reward currency. Altar Count tracks offering activity within the Temple experience. Temple Temperature presents daily presence as Hot, Warm or Cool.
Stats Universe
Detailed statistics are visualized as stars. Over time, the sky fills and becomes a personal universe representing the user's participation, learning, activity and achievements throughout the Temple.
OS Credit Wallet
Credits are represented as rubies. The Wallet shows Technology Resources, other Resources, Total Used, occupied cloud storage, plan capacity, outbound limits and a detailed activity history.
How to use it
- Open OS Credit Wallet.
- Check remaining rubies/credits.
- Review Technology Resources and other resource usage.
- Review cloud storage and outbound allowance.
- Open Credit Activity to see where credits were used.
Mail Center
Mail Center is the one-stop inbox for communication events across the OS: messages, AirDrops, prayers, DAYTES invitations, Cuddy requests, collaborative mind-map requests and other incoming activity.
5. Codex – The Library at the Heart of Jesus New OS
Codex is the major Christian-focused library environment of Jesus New OS, designed for preservation, restoration, discovery and modern reading.
Product Catalog
The Catalog keeps a very large corpus simple to search. Search by title, author, year, subject, publisher, source or all fields, then open the matching work in the reader.
How to use it
- Open Codex from Temple Suite.
- Choose All Fields or a specific field.
- Enter the search term.
- Open a matching result.
- Read, save or continue into the connected spatial experiences where available.
Preservation and restoration
Codex is designed to bring Christian works identified from large institutional and public-domain collections into a unified environment. Historical works can be prepared for a modern e-reading experience while preserving source provenance.
Why Codex is central
Codex is not treated as a small app icon. It is given dominant visual importance because knowledge, preservation and Christian literature are foundational to the larger Temple experience.
6. Doorways – The Living Codex
Doorways transforms the Codex from a searchable catalog into an explorable spatial environment. Instead of only finding a book, users can travel through a world of knowledge.
Living Codex Map
Navigation follows Sector to Wing to Hallway to Room to Book. The conceptual architecture represents more than one million rooms, creating an immediate sense of the scale of the library.
Saved Codex Rooms
A room can be saved as a spatial bookmark. Instead of remembering only a title, the user can later teleport back to the place where the book was discovered.
Enter Helix
Enter Helix connects private cloud files to Doorways locations. A temporary key card identifies the assigned room or access location for retrieval.
My Mansions
My Mansions expresses personal device capacity as an interactive residence. Friends can leave supported gifts, messages, notes and prayers in rooms. Hide-and-Go-Seek mode conceals what was left until the recipient reaches the room.
Cuddy Mansions
Cuddy Mansions allows the user to visit the Mansion of a person on the Cuddy List and leave supported gifts or messages for them, extending friendship beyond ordinary chat.
Godspeed
Godspeed is a futuristic motorcycle game inside the Doorways environment, reinforcing the idea that the user is traveling through an interior digital world rather than browsing a flat folder tree.
XR and study integration
Doorways can be navigated on the phone and is designed to become more immersive with compatible XR or AR display hardware. Superpower Thinking study material can also appear inside the environment as text, audio and video supplements.
7. Orbs – Cloud Storage in Motion
Orbs is the Jesus New OS file system experience. Instead of endless static folder trees, files live in spheres and spheres live in orbital relationships, giving cloud storage movement, identity and spatial organization.
Opening Orbs
From The Living Jesus, use the Temple control with the firm/alternate hold gesture to enter Orbs. Devices without pressure-sensitive input should provide an equivalent long-press or menu action.
Personal Orbs
Personal Orbs can hold multiple files. Change an Orb's color and size, open supported music, video, PDF and other content, or lock the entire sphere. Music can continue playing while the user backs out to orbital view.
JOL Orbs
JOL Orbs is the receiving portal for files sent by friends, churches, businesses, schools and communities. Its simpler single-item structure makes received files visually distinct from personal collections.
Double Helix
Double Helix adds a geographic access condition. A protected file can be configured to unlock only when the device satisfies the chosen location or radius condition in addition to other authentication controls.
How to use it
- Choose a file to protect.
- Choose the Double Helix location or radius.
- Save the protection rule.
- Return to the permitted area when access is needed.
- Confirm location permissions and authentication if the file does not unlock.
Layered security
Jesus New OS can combine account authentication, passwords, Orb locks, cloud access rules, Helix spatial access, Double Helix geofencing, security questions and the future Triple Helix layer.
8. Boost Center – From Idea to Action
Boost is the Temple's productivity portal. It is designed to move the user from an aspiration, problem or question toward deeper understanding and concrete action.
Shared Boost interface
Most Boost modules use a black-on-black glass design with a primary input area, Notes and, where appropriate, an Information portal explaining what the module needs.
How to use it
- Open a Boost module.
- Read the prompt in the main input field.
- Use Information if you need help understanding what to enter.
- Add Notes while working.
- Review the output and continue into another Boost module if useful.
Boost 3D
Boost 3D is designed as a multi-model critique and refinement pipeline. One model produces analysis, additional models challenge what is missing, questionable or strong, and repeated passes refine the final report.
Zenus
Zenus is the legal-information and legal-planning module for understanding issues, organizing facts and preparing next steps.
Stress Management
Stress Management helps the user organize stressful situations, identify pressures and work through constructive next steps.
OptiWord
OptiWord supports notes, language and thought organization.
Action
Action converts planning into concrete next steps so a report can become movement rather than remaining an idea.
Solomon
Solomon is the investment and financial-analysis portal.
Simulator
Simulator explores possible scenarios, experiences and outcomes before the user acts.
Problem Solving
Problem Solving structures an issue, separates its components and helps identify possible responses.
Truth Detector
Truth Detector evaluates claims, evidence, uncertainty, inconsistencies and unsupported assumptions.
Deep Thinking and Prioritization
Deep Thinking pushes toward causes, assumptions and implications. Prioritization helps decide what deserves attention first. Together they can move a user from complexity toward clarity.
9. Temple Team and Fusion
Temple Team gives the user four specialized conversational roles supported by Fusion, Jesus New OS's curated-knowledge approach.
The four team members
Counselor is for things the user wants to talk through. Guide is for direction and planning. Healer is for health-oriented information. Lori is the personal assistant for everyday organization and support.
Fusion technology
Fusion is designed to bring selected human-authored books, textbooks, professional material and other source data into a curated knowledge base. The goal is to keep the information grounded in chosen human literature and minimize unsupported additions outside the corpus.
10. Aleph and Superpower Thinking
Aleph preserves a collective stream of Scripture-grounded generated responses, while Superpower Thinking provides structured education inside the OS.
Aleph
Aleph collects Scripture-grounded system responses from Living Chats for later reading in a document-like environment. The concept is to preserve the response side of conversations while user messages are intended to be deleted after a limited period where that policy is implemented.
Superpower Thinking
Superpower Thinking contains 51 learning programs described as college-level study paths and supplemented by Codex. Completion can produce Jesus New OS or Superpower Thinking credentials.
11. Creativity, Science, Fitness and Food
Temple Suite extends beyond communication and study into creativity, science, movement and everyday life.
Micro 3D
Micro 3D is an AI-assisted science learning center focused on helping users explore microscopic-scale concepts in a more interactive way.
Jesus New Paint
Jesus New Paint lets users choose a famous artwork as color inspiration, work from a palette based on its visual color relationships, create an original canvas and share the result.
Jesus New Fitness
Jesus New Fitness currently contains 860 exercises, with a strong bodyweight and calisthenic foundation and roughly 120 resistance-band movements. Modes include Global Military Tradition, Captain Mode, Hulk Mode and Personal Plan.
Diet Plan
Breakfast, lunch, dinner and snack options can be cycled with directional controls. When a meal is selected, the confirmation control marks it as the day's choice. Basic through Luxury options support different preferences.
Temple Chef
Temple Chef combines preference-driven meal creation with a cooking-game experience, bringing food discovery and learning together.
12. Christ Maps, Acorn, Accents and Orb Board
These tools extend the Temple into search, thinking, documents and future input.
Christ Maps
Christ Maps is a collaborative mind-mapping environment. Users can build ordinary maps or optionally ask the system to surface relevant Scripture and Christian material alongside the ideas. Families, classes, churches, teams and organizations can build a collective map together.
Acorn
Acorn is the Jesus New OS search concept, designed to emphasize relevance, integrity, source quality and substantive analysis rather than simply reproducing conventional SEO ordering.
Accents
Accents is the planned AI-assisted document creation environment.
Orb Board
Orb Board is the developing 3D keyboard and input environment, including WordBoard and the Jesus New OS swipe system. It is designed to make communication feel more spatial, futuristic and efficient.
13. Jesus New Ministry and Missionaries
The Temple is designed to encourage action outside the screen as well as activity inside it.
Jesus New Ministry
Jesus New Ministry is needs-first. Identify a person or community need, describe it in detail, use the reporting system to organize useful information and save the report so the user can act more intelligently.
Missionaries
Missionaries is action-first. Choose a small mission, activate it and use the map to identify an appropriate place where the activity can be performed. Service-oriented activity can connect back into the reward system.
14. Temple / Church – The Reward System
The Temple/Church environment connects Bible study, media, games, giving, Inventory, Rings, Altar activity and progression into one reward philosophy.
Entering the Temple/Church
From The Living Jesus, select the top-center Ring. The interior presents large clickable windows and supporting controls that lead to the Living Bible, Treasury, Altar, media and games.
Living Bible
Move from Book to Chapter to Verse. Highlight a verse and use Reveal for a Scripture-grounded generated reflection. Bible Notes and Scripture-grounded chat support study.
Treasury and Inventory
Treasury contains the user's Inventory. In ordinary mode, up to three items can be staged for the Altar. Selecting an item can offer Sacrifice, Examine, Pray, Sell and Celebration Mode.
Altar
At the Altar, hold an activated item until its visual trail appears, move it into the fire and release. The item is consumed in the virtual experience. A Presence Bar advances toward the next Temple level, where reward screens and treasure chests can appear.
Celebration Mode
Celebration Mode creates a larger ceremonial sequence, moving through Inventory from lower-value items toward higher-value items for a crescendo-style offering experience.
Progression and badges
Rings, levels, Presence and giving badges recognize activity and participation throughout the OS.
15. Wordmark – The Treasury Marketplace
Wordmark is the marketplace for virtual items used throughout the Treasury, giving and Altar experiences.
Shopping with Rings
From Treasury or Inventory, open Wordmark. Browse categories, view Ring balance, add eligible items to the cart and acquire them for Inventory.
How to use it
- Open Treasury.
- Open Wordmark from the top-right.
- Choose a category.
- Select an item.
- Use Rings to acquire it if eligible.
- Keep it, give it or prepare it for the Altar.
Giving philosophy
Wordmark is intentionally designed around desirable, high-value-feeling virtual items because the system emphasizes not only acquisition but giving and voluntary relinquishment.
16. Mountain Streams, Radio and Church Media
The Temple also serves as a Christian and family media environment.
Mountain Streams
Mountain Streams organizes Christian and family video content into categories such as Fresh This Month, Full Series, Episodes, Documentaries, Biblical Cinema, Family Animation and Wholesome Family. The catalog is intended to receive regular updates.
Radio
The Temple Radio contains a large song library and can participate in the reward system as users listen and engage.
Sermons, Stories and Sacraments
The lower media navigation includes Sermons, Stories and Sacraments. AI-generated stories and sermons can be composed from Scripture through themed perspectives such as Christ, Living Word, prophets or disciples.
Pope Portal
Pope Portal is designed to keep users connected to current official Vatican and papal video material. External official content should remain clearly identified as external source material.
17. Lion's Den and Judah's Universe
The Temple's games are integrated into the same reward universe rather than living in a separate disconnected arcade.
Lion's Den
The Temple treasure-chest control opens Lion's Den, the gateway to Treasury Games. Judah, the Lion of Judah, begins as a hidden presence through sayings. Selecting an Orb activates the fire, reveals Judah and opens the associated game room.
Judah's Universe
Judah's Universe is a celestial mini-game environment. Clickable stars lead to different games, each presented as a unique interaction or 'language' of that star.
18. Candle and Flame Press – Navigation That Remembers
The Candle is both an environmental control and a productivity shortcut.
Temple lighting
Tap the bottom-right Candle to turn the Temple lights on or off.
Flame Press
Hold the Candle to activate Flame Press. Choose a Temple destination and a floater follows the user while they work.
How to use it
- Hold the Candle.
- Choose a destination.
- Use the destination temporarily.
- Back out when finished.
- Return automatically to the work context you were using before the Flame Press jump.
19. Dream Mode and Awaken Mode
Dream Mode and Awaken Mode change the atmosphere of the Temple without forcing the user into a different product.
Dream Mode
Dream Mode adds optional alpha-wave-style audio intended to support relaxation or focus while the user reads the Bible, studies, plays, watches Mountain Streams or uses other Temple experiences.
Awaken Mode
Awaken Mode deactivates the Dream audio layer and exposes the more active desktop environment while keeping the rest of the Temple accessible.
20. Desktop, Calls and Pinecone Communications
Awaken Mode opens a secondary workspace for phone communication and everyday productivity.
Desktop gestures
Tap the desktop to reveal the Dock. Swipe to reveal Notepad. Notes can remain available while the user is on a phone call.
Dedicated number
The evolving Pinecone communications environment is designed to let a user choose an available number by area or ZIP code, creating a dedicated number associated with the Jesus New OS experience. This can be useful for churches, businesses, schools, organizations, families and personal use.
Phone tools
The phone layer includes Contacts, Recents, Voicemail, Messages, call controls and call-time Notes. Messages inside the Jesus New community can operate as data-based messaging rather than ordinary SMS where implemented.
Italian Ice
Italian Ice is the adaptive glass-personalization system. Users choose a glass color, while opacity can respond to local weather temperature – colder conditions can make the glass more opaque and warmer conditions more transparent.
Pinecone and future device experience
The iOS interface can preview or represent the broader Pinecone and dedicated-device vision. A glowing CPU Core can lead toward the Trinity Core concept, which is documented separately for future Linux-based hardware.
21. System Settings, Secret Journal and Contact
The Temple includes its own settings, private writing space and support access.
System Settings
Control Temple Bells, sound effects, volume and other expanding Temple preferences.
Secret Journal
Secret Journal is a password-protected private writing space for notes, journaling, reflections and personal insights.
Contact Center
The Contact Center gives the user a direct path to support when Search, FAQs and the manual do not answer the issue.
Sign out
Users are normally signed into the OS experience. Sign Out is available from the account area when the user intentionally wants to end the session.
23. Support Center
The Jesus New OS support experience is designed around four clear paths so users can solve simple issues quickly and still reach a person when they need help.
A final word
Jesus New OS is designed to make a large digital world feel like one place. Communication, Codex, Orbs, study, creativity, productivity, entertainment, service and spiritual practice are connected so the user can move naturally from one purpose to another.
Everything you need to begin exploring is already around you. Learn the home screen, meet Living Word, enter JOL, open the Temple Suite, discover Codex, organize with Orbs, build with Boost, give through the Treasury, and make the Temple your own.
Stay in Jesus New OS and shine.
Explore. Learn. Communicate. Create. Give. Shine.
Frequently Asked Questions and Troubleshooting
Start with the simplest check, confirm the expected behavior, and contact support if the issue remains unresolved.
I closed something and cannot find where I was.
If you closed it normally with X, Jesus New OS returns to The Living Jesus home. Reopen the destination from the home navigation. If you entered through Flame Press, backing out should return to the previous working context.
The Temple looks different than it did earlier.
The Temple wallpaper can change with local weather and time of day. Check location permission, weather connectivity and dynamic wallpaper settings before treating the change as a display error.
I cannot get back inside the Temple.
Double-click or double-tap the Temple. If that does not respond, return to The Living Jesus and use the normal Temple navigation control.
A firm press does not open Orbs.
Some iPhone models and interaction layers do not expose true pressure input. Use the long-press, hold or alternate Orbs action provided by the current build.
JOL says I am not active or Fellowship Active is missing.
Confirm internet connectivity. Then reopen JOL. If the rest of the OS has internet but JOL does not, sign out and back in or restart the application.
I cannot see people in Jesus New World.
Check internet access, your visibility/discovery settings, location permissions if geographic discovery is enabled, and whether there is active community traffic in the selected area.
My location is showing and I do not want it visible.
Open Profile or Jesus New World visibility settings and disable public visibility. Geographic visibility should remain optional.
A recent conversation disappeared.
Check Recent Chats first, then Cuddy List if the user was added as a Cuddy. If the conversation was deleted manually or subject to a retention rule, it may no longer appear.
Prayer Share is not sending.
Confirm internet connectivity, select the prayer again, and verify that the recipient can receive JOL messages. Reopen the conversation if necessary.
Echo haptic is not felt by the recipient.
Check that both devices support haptics, haptic feedback is enabled, the recipient's device is not blocking vibration, and the JOL message successfully delivered.
DAYTES appointment did not appear.
Confirm the invitation was sent, the recipient accepted if acceptance is required, and calendar communication permissions are enabled. Check Mail Center for the request status.
My Ruby or OS Credit balance changed unexpectedly.
Open OS Credit Wallet and inspect Credit Activity. It lists where credits were consumed. Many ordinary Temple experiences do not use credits, so AI/API or resource-heavy actions are the first place to check.
My cloud storage appears full.
Open OS Credit Wallet and compare occupied storage with plan capacity. Remove files you no longer need, move content if another storage option is available, or change the plan if more capacity is required.
Mail Center is crowded.
Open Mail Center and remove entries you no longer need. The original communication may still remain in its source portal depending on the feature.
Codex search returns no result.
Try All Fields instead of a narrow field, simplify spelling, search by author rather than title, or remove punctuation. Some works may still be in restoration and not yet available in the reader.
A Codex work is difficult to read.
Historical works may originate from old scans or institutional text restoration. Check whether a restored reader version is available, or review the source/provenance information for that item.
I cannot find a saved Doorways room.
Open Saved Codex Rooms or the Doorways teleport list. Search the saved entries rather than manually retracing every Sector, Wing and Hallway.
My Enter Helix key card expired.
Return to Enter Helix and generate or request a new temporary access card according to the current security flow. An expired card should not be reused.
A Double Helix file will not unlock.
Confirm location services are enabled, Jesus New OS has location permission, the device is inside the required radius, GPS has stabilized, the account is authenticated and the network is available if the backend must validate access.
An Orb is missing from the visual orbit.
Open the Orb navigation/list view. If it appears there, select it directly. If it does not appear, verify account sync, cloud connectivity and whether the Orb was deleted or moved.
An Orb is locked and I forgot the password or security response.
Use the account recovery path offered by the production build. Do not repeatedly guess credentials. If no recovery option succeeds, use Contact Support.
Music stopped when I left an Orb.
Confirm that the file format is supported, background playback is permitted by iOS, the Orb session remains active and the app has not been suspended by the system.
Boost does not know what I want.
Open the module's Information portal and make the input more specific. Include the goal, relevant facts, constraints and the output you want. Use Notes to keep important context nearby.
Boost 3D models disagree.
Disagreement is part of the critique process. Review the final synthesis, inspect the conflicting claims and verify important facts from reliable sources before acting.
Zenus gave an answer but I need a legal decision.
Use Zenus to organize information and questions, then consult a qualified lawyer when the matter requires professional legal advice, representation or a binding interpretation.
Solomon recommends or analyzes an investment. Is the outcome guaranteed?
No. Solomon can organize investment information and scenarios, but investing involves risk and the future cannot be guaranteed.
Healer gave health information. Is it a diagnosis?
No. Healer is an informational tool grounded in its selected source corpus. It does not replace individualized medical assessment or emergency care.
My Superpower Thinking credential is not accepted somewhere.
Acceptance depends on the employer, school, agency or licensing body. Present the credential accurately as the completion credential issued by the program unless separate accreditation is explicitly documented.
My Treasury item is not appearing at the Altar.
Return to Inventory and confirm that Sacrifice was selected and that an available staging box was used. Ordinary mode supports a limited number of staged items at once.
Celebration Mode is using more items than expected.
Celebration Mode is intentionally designed for a larger sequence. Exit the mode if you do not want the extended offering flow, and review the currently selected Inventory before re-entering.
I did not receive Rings or a level reward.
Check whether the qualifying action was completed, wait for account sync, reopen the relevant reward screen and inspect Ring Count. If the activity is recorded but the reward is missing, contact support with the activity and approximate time.
Mountain Streams or Radio will not play.
Check internet connectivity, volume, iOS audio output, any content availability restrictions and whether another audio session is taking control. Reopen the media item if needed.
Dream Mode audio is uncomfortable.
Turn Dream Mode off immediately or lower the audio. The optional audio layer is not required to use the Temple.
The Dock does not appear on the Temple desktop.
Tap the blank desktop once. If the Dock still does not appear, switch out of Dream Mode into Awaken Mode and try again.
I cannot take notes during a call.
While the call interface is active, use the supported swipe gesture to reveal Notepad. If the gesture is unavailable in the current build, open Notes from the desktop layer before starting the call.
Italian Ice is not changing with the weather.
Check location permission, weather data connectivity and Italian Ice settings. If adaptive weather behavior is disabled, the chosen glass style may remain static.
The app itself is behaving incorrectly.
First close and reopen Jesus New OS. Confirm iOS is up to date and the app has required permissions. If the issue continues, restart the iPhone. If account data is cloud-backed and the problem appears to be a damaged local installation, reinstall the app only after confirming the relevant data is synchronized and recoverable.
I still need help.
Use the in-app or website Contact Support form. Include the feature name, what you expected to happen, what actually happened, the iPhone model, iOS version, Jesus New OS version and any error message or screenshot that does not expose sensitive credentials.
Still need help?
Include the feature name, what you expected, what happened, your iPhone model, iOS version, Jesus New OS version, and any safe screenshot or error message.
